'There are no IP addresses to convert '

when attempting to download and convert http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/splist.zip with 'Use PeerGaurdian filter' enabled, I get and error message that says

'There are no IP addresses to convert in /home/'user_name'/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/level1.txt'

I am using ktorrent 3.1.5 on Ubuntu 8.10.

Any idea what the problem may be?

sparky432's URL is good :)

remove eney refrences to the old one in /home/'user_name'/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/

befor apllieing the new one
