Clearing Search Box entries in Ktorrent

Hi, I am new to this forum and alredy having a question as below.
I recently installed Kubutnu 8.4 and try to use Ktorrent comes with it and all is working good except i cann not delete or clear any of the serch box entries. I tried to look for a way to do this but so far no luck.

Is there any way I can delete all these entries in Search Box of Ketorrent window? Thanks to all in advance for any suggestions.

Press the clear search history button

I am running default version of Ktorrent 2.2.5 which comes with Kubuntu and there isn't feature Settings-> Search and Press Clear search history. i don't know where else to look for this option. waiting for any suggestions.

This feature wasn't present in 2.2.5

Then you will have to do it manually :

Shutdown ktorrent
Delete ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/search_history
Restart ktorrent

Thanks a lot it worked. I know I should n"t ask but if I would upgrade this Ktorrent to newer one then why I am getting message that "you already have latest version"? i tried this using sudo apt-get install ktorrent and got that message.
If I can not upgrade to latest one then I am OK with whatever I have. once again Thanks alot for all your help.
