I have a problem. I create torrents and then share them, and sometimes a new torrent will turn from being an upload into a download.
This happened to me just now. Files that I was uploading hours ago have been shifted out of the "uploads" column into the "downloads" column. I am therefore downloading information that I already have which, of course, wastes bandwidth. In order to fix this problem, I have often simply deleted the entire .torrent file and begun again. I don't want to do this again. Is there a solution to this? KTorrent 3.1.2 |

For some reason, ktorrent must be finding corrupted chunks during seeding (ktorrent checks chunks when they get loaded during seeding)
This feature can be disabled (in the advanced settings, recheck chunks during seeding), but the question is why does it find corrupted chunks. |
