Ktorrent 3.2/KDE4.1.4
All the buttons at the bottom are gone as can be seen in this image.
I have no way to access status, files, peers, trackers and charts.

I had this problem occasionally on some versions, but now it happens on all versions.
removing ktorrentrc does not help.
What can be done?

Think you just need to type kbuildsycoca4 into any console.
