I hv 5 torrents that r currently being downloaded. I have noticed that if a particular torrent is downloading, then the other torrents are stalled but I stop the downloading torrent. the other torrent immediately start downloading.

is there a workaround..becoz the torrent that blocks the other torrents downloads at only 15 kb/s
