After upgrading from suse 10.2 to 11.1 I cannot set max share higher than 100.00.
The arrow buttons will move 100.00 lower but not higher. If I edit the field manually when I press OK the field reverts to 100.00. How do I fix and not have to import torrents and data again. Thanks |

1. Yes (as under "Settings>Configure KTorrent>Downloads>Max share ratio:") 2. KTorrent 2.2.8 (Using KDE 3.5.10 "release 21.9 openSUSE") One file has now reached a ratio of 1.42, although the "Max share ratio:" is still showing "100.00". I checked the "Status" tab of the 1.42 file. Under "Sharing", "Ratio limit:" was checked and the limit was set at "100.00". I could not adjust the limit up with the arrow button. I unchecked "Ratio limit:" and the ratio box was grayed out but showed "0.00". I then rechecked "Ratio limit:". The ratio box then showed "1.00" and the up arrow increased the ratio in 1/10 increments. Ater that experience I revisited "Settings>Configure KTorrent>Downloads>Max share ratio:" I manually edited the ratio box to show "1.5". (At first I would enter "150.00" or "150")After clicking "Apply" the box showed "1.50" and the up and down buttons changed the display in 1/100 increments. Those settings are persistent upon opening and closing KTorrent preferences, and exiting and restarting KTorrent. I am now waiting to see if the new ratio settings are followed. |

The max share ratio setting is a default setting which is only applied on newly loaded torrents. The max share ratio settings of existing torrents is not changed. |
