You go the a search engine like torrents.to and search for whatever you would like to download, then you import the torrent in the client and put the data on a save location.

Another option is to use private trackers.

You have to watch on the trackers tab, so you can get information about why the torrent is stalled.

Unregistered torrent pass is when you have downloaded a torrent which has no torrent pass on the tracker anymore, so you have to redownload this torrent from out of your account on the tracker so the torrent pass in the announce is the same as on your account on the tracker.
