1. First, I created one torrent file named catpic.torrent using ktorrent 2.2.8
2. I also added the tracker http://open.tracker.thepiratebay.org/announce (it is available for free)
3. Then, I uploaded the catpic.torrent to mininova.com. It is successful.
4. But I downloaded this torrent from the other pc, it displayed "stalled", completed 0%. Url's status was OK.

What is wrong? Anyone can help me??
