RSS Plugin Missing?

Hi,

I'm unable to find the RSS Feed Plugin.
It's not listed in the plugins list.

Do I need to get it elsewhere or had it been removed?

RSS (syndication) plugin is present only in 3.2.0 or higher. Or in 2.2.8 (ktorrent2.2 package)
