Hi. I'm using Linux Mint 7 RC1. I'm quite new to this.

Questions:

1) I am using WRT54GL Router. I used Utorrent in vista and was told that the application name is Utor1 for port forwarding. What about Ktorrent? Is the name of the application "ktorrent" if I want to configure port forwarding?

2) Is there a way to check if port forwarding is working properly? I know there is a green light i can see in utorrent but i don't see it in ktorrent.

Use the UPnP plugin, it will forward the ports for you.

You can see all forwarded ports in the UPnP plugin.
