Tried to down load the Peer Guardian from the default address:

but it is no longer valid, any alternative to that?

Yeah, they do not like humans to download files anymore when you are not loged in.

On serious note, can you recommend an alternative, i tried to isntall few it didn't work , the filter is not loading it

No i do not know of any alternative, but once you are loged in you are able to download the file. I guess that site from bluetack is the only one where you can get the right file.

1- Extract
2- In Config Ktorrent => IPFilter Use PeerGuardian filter enabled.
3- IP Filter URL= select the file splist.txt extracted (example: Downloads/splist.txt)
click "Download/Convert"

better use the level1.gz file from the same site. Works in Vuze and I use it since a year or so. I don't have any problems related to the site requiring you to login before downloading the file. Vuze is set to automatically get it and update its rules. In ktorrent, even the latest version, it still fails to convert the file

manually downloading worked for me. but if anyone does know a new URL we can use so this can be automated, please post!

I am using ktorrent 3.3.1 on a debian testing and I can't find how to import the block list anymore. am I missing something ?

Edit : just found how to enable the ipfilter plugin... I was looking for the plugin activation in the settings window.

i got no feasible alternatives for u. sorry for that. maybe its invalid permanently.
