What is the Syndication Plugin Refresh Rate? How many minutes does it wait between each update?

Is there any way to set the update to something less?
If I wait longer than 5 minutes on some trackers you are guaranteed to lose ratio, Aside from using irc announce scripts is there another way I can get updates sooner without using a diff program to get the torrents?

The earlier the torrent is downloaded, the more people will leach from you (especially if internet connection is good). So you can get the ratio up a lot in a few hours. This is true on private trackers with popular torrents.

Open a feed, in the top right corner of the feed tab.

You do have latest trunk ?
