Hi all,

love the program but im having a problem with the syndication plugin. I can add rss feeds to it without any problem and view all the items for each feed.

However, for one of my feeds when i try to download an item from it i get the error message:

"Could not find a valid link to a torrent on /path to torrent on internet/"

Has anyone got an idea of how i can get around this issue?

its from http://thebox.bz/ and the url is http://thebox.bz/rssdd.xml

Are you sure that the feed you're using links directly to the .torrent file and not to some description page, which then contains a link to the .torrent?

I'm not registered in that site, but a common fix for this problem, which might work, but doesn't have to, would be adding "?feed=dl" (or "&feed=dl", if there are already variables feeded through GET, like, for example, passkey=*) without quotation marks.

When i look at the rssdd.xml page in firefox i can see that the links for each item point to a .torrent file

I have tried as well with a ?feed=dl option included but with no luck yet

Open it with firefox, and try to click a link. I get a 404 file not found for every torrent.
