UPnP on 3.2.3

Thu Aug 27, 2009 9:29 am
Hi,

I have 3.2.3 and when I go to the UPnP I can't see my router any more.

What do I have to do?

Thanks
Karl

Run ktupnptest and press the find routers button, then wait a while, and see what happens.

Doesn't find any also...

I'm running openSuSE 11.2 Milestone 6
Should I boot the 11.0 and run the same test?

The distro has nothing todo with this. Some routers just do not work with KTorrent's UPnP, an example for this is sitecom routers.

But this is not my case, under openSuSE 11.0 and KDE3 it's working. Ktorrent recognizes the router and forwards the ports.
Just with 11.2 MS6 and KDE4 running, it doesn't.

Any ideas?

I found the problem, it was the firewall.
It's working now.

Thanks
