I changed the machine I was using and I launched ktorrent. I told it where to save downloaded files.
(On a separate hard disk). I was expecting it to check this location for already existing files (either
100% downloaded or partially downloaded) but it didn't.

Please, tell me how I can tell it not to start from scratch. The downloaded files it can start seeding,
and the partially downloaded files should be completed.

If KT doesn't do a scan, the files aren't there. You have to select the right location for each torrent.
