Its is the most awaited function for me. I've got Ktorrent 3.2.4 and I read
...a new plugin to shutdown your computer when a download is finished...

What is the plugin? I dont see such in Plugins window?

That's really unfortunate, do you know if there is a plan to have a version of the shutdown plugin that is offered with the Ktorrent found in Kubuntu 9.10 which is 3.2.4?

I say its unfortunate because a great deal of people have the past few days installed/updated 9.10 (and I presume Mandriva which came out as well) and wont have this very useful (and green) option available.
[Considering its a plugin, it could be added later, couldnt it?

My Linux skills are pretty limited, if it aint in Kpackagekit (and from what Ive gathered this past year, those packages are never upgraded even if new versions of apps are out) Im hesitant to screw up things with installing anything myself and not usually a big fan of betas. I guess Ill wait till the next release in the spring.

its really a shame, right now Im playing hit and miss guessing game with Kshutdown and hope the time estimates arent too off when it shuts down.

thanks.

The 3.2 branch is dead (3.3 will be released tomorrow), and it is also not our policy to add new features in bugfix releases.

I also have no influence on the packaging policy of (k)ubuntu. However 3.3 will probably make it into the backports repositories at some point in time, so just enable those.
