Hello; this is my first time to enter here.

I had several versions of Ktorrent under consecutive versions of SUSE linux; presently Ktorrent 3.1.5-1.19 and SUSE 11.1.

Ktorrents always does its jobs quite well for me.

It keeps on striking me, however, that after every (re)install of Ktorrent, it stands to be seen if the pleasant "country" column in Peers Info lines whether or not will show countries.

Sometimes, update or re-install of the "lang" submodule can trigger the function.

This time, since after clean re-install of SUSE 11.1 I happened to need yesterday, I am not yet so lucky as to get the very column active, in spite of approx. 10 re-installs/upgradings of Ktorrent I already tried.

Hope this does ring a bell with somebody who knows a solution to my little problem.


Edit: Problem solved; I added "extra source" http://packman.jacobs-university.de/suse/11.1/ and saw my way to upgrade to Ktorrent version 3.2.3-0.pm.1, no difference in appearance but "DHT support" whatever that may represent, plus "country" column duly completed.

It is probably disabled at compile time when OpenSUSE build their packages.
