Or at least that I can find.
![]() I compiled 3.3.1 a couple of days ago because 3.2.4 was crashing constantly. This is a freshly loaded Ubuntu 9.1 machine. The plugin shows enabled (which it is by default) but there is no place for me to search for torrents. It use to be on the upper right hand corner but there isn't a search box anywhere! Thoughts? Hopefully it's something simple but i can't figure it out. Other than that, it works great. Thanks! |

Right click on toolbar and check the option "Search Toolbar". In the new interface you should see and icon called Search

I wish it was that easy. I don't have a search toolbar selection anywhere. Nor is there an icon! Right clicking gets me: ToolBar Menu Orientation Text POsition Lock TOolbar Show Toolbar Configure Toolbar Nothing contains anything on search. ![]() |

All I have is torrents and plugins and when I right click, all i get is options to change Icon size, Icon and text, etc. Reload Ktorrent? Or any other suggestions let me know. Not that big of a deal really but I love the integration in the app. ![]() Oh well. ![]() |

Thought I would update. I did the above command (Ktorrent was not open) and it still didn't work. I gave up and just used the web to find what I needed. Then last night, Ktorrent kept crashing. I submitted a bug report even though I was pretty sure it was already reported (which it was). I closed Ktorrent, rebooted and now the search bar shows up just fine. Yay! ![]() |

I shut the PC down last night and just turned it on and the search bar is gone again...lol
![]() Should I do the above command then recompile? |
