Hi,

In the last two days, after updating KTorrent to the version 3.3.3, I'm having very low speeds in all my downloads. Even torrents with hundreds of seeders and a few leechers, or private torrents, suffers from the same issue.

One strange thing the I saw, was the fact that KT only connects to around 9 seeds and a very few leechers at once, never more. Another very strange issue is the fact that if I change the ports to not forwarded ones (my router is a Linksys WAG200G, that always worked perfectly) the speed and number of connections remains the same, most of the time around 20 kib/s, very rare times reaching 100 kib/s for a few seconds.

The same happens if I used the forwarded ports (above 54000) or if I enable the UPnP plug-in, trying another ports.

How can I determine what is happening or how is the culprit? I tried to download a ISO via HTTP and the speed was perfect (4 Mbits). Tried also some speed tests and again they show the full speed of my connection.

Thank you.

Just a update: I tested with uTorrent and the problem there is similar, the only difference is that ut was able to connect to a little more seeders and maintain a better speed, but not so far from KT.

Now I'm downloading one torrent from Demonoid tracker, at maximum speed. So maybe that was a problem with the trackers of the other torrents (piratebay).

The problem is almost over, so I'm sorry for bothering you, any problem I will come back

Thank you!
