Load the plugin, then it is enabled, and you can configure it in the settings dialog.

The webinterface plugin will use the Network interface option in the Network settings, by default this should be all interfaces. So it should be reacheable from any computer on your local network.
Maybe there is a firewall enabled on your computer ? |

i do have a firewall enabled. i tryed to add a tcp and udp for my port. now it seems i have managed to mess something up so i can not connect to the web gui from the local pc. i will try to fix that and let you know if the firewall was the problem

i have disabled the firewall on the local pc and got the web interface to load on the local pc. still not able to connect from other PCs on my network. i think im getting a refused connection when i try with other PCs (running windows). i see the ktorrent icon start to show next to my address bar but a toolbar gives me a standard error page saying "oops! this link appears to be broken. i have forwarded the port on my router to go to the ktorrent pc. Any ideas?
thanks |
