How can I delete only the .torrent file not the data ? I want to do it with a lot of torrents.Obviously , I would like to do it from the interface of the app

You can't, KT always makes a copy of a torrent file when it loads a torrent, and stores that internally. After that KT doesn't give a damn what happens to the original torrent file, so if you want to get rid of it, you have to do it manually.
