I have both KTorrent and uTorrent (under WINE) running on my machine. They don't seem to want to see each other.

I've tried adding "127.0.0.1:6881" to uTorrent and the peer appears for a few seconds and then it bans the peer right away for sending bad packets.

Any ideas on how to do this? I've got KTorrent set up to bond to all interfaces.

Do you know how to use wireshark ? A trace of the loopback device would be interesting to see what is sent.

Also is ktorrent or µtorrent dropping the connection ?

uTorrent was dropping the connection.

The failed block issue seems to be resolved with my filesystem move from EXT3 to XFS. Not only that, uTorrent will peer happily with KTorrent now.

How do i unblock utorrent with windows 7? Hi. I am having some trouble with utorrent on my new laptop. For some reason no matter what I do I cannot unblock utorrent. I disabled the firewall, completely, and still can't get through. Its not my connection, I could download torrents on my desktop that has xp on it easy, but my laptop has 7 and keeps getting access is denied message. Any help you guys could give would be great.
