Hello
I use Ktorrent since some month, but I have some problem with it that prevent me to use it as it's best. When I download, I can understand that I have no more connection, or a very slow one to internet websites. But, there is 3 cases where normally I shouldn't have problem : - I stop all download - I use the bandwitch schedule - I remove all files from the list. In these 3 cases, my network connection stay busy, even if it download nothing. To get back my connection, I have to stop ktorrent. Do you know if there is somewhere a way to force ktorrent to kill all network connections when we stop all download ? I would be happy to give you more detail if needed Thanks Pierre I use : mandriva 2010.1 Ktorrent 4.0.1 (maximum version with my mandriva official release) KDE 4.4.3 |

Decrease the maximum number of connection setups in the Network settings.

Thanks
My probleem is not when the download are started, but when they are not. Normally, I setup my download to run when 'm not here, during the day or night, but with that problem, even when I come back, I have to close ktorrent to get my connection back, even if all download are stopped. |

If all torrents are stopped then ktorrent does not have any connections, so it can't keep the network busy.

Yes, I use DHT, and I think utorrent protocol.
I can check my config or put a config file if you explain me which one you need. |
