Hi Guys,
I (rather stupidly) forced Ktorrent to close while it was allocating a torrent that i just added. When i went to reload, i got the following error: ![]() ![]() I've tried doing a 'complete remove' via the synaptic package manager, and i've also tried 'sudo apt-get remove ktorrent --purge'. Even after a fresh install, i still get the errors listed above. Any ideas? Thanks! |

How about installing debugging symbols so that we can get a decent backtrace

Hi George,
I tried installing the debugging symbols from the crash handler, but got the following error: ![]() So I installed it via the Synaptic Package Manager, but the crash handler output still looked the same/similar: ![]() So i followed the steps for a GDB report and came up with:
The 'thread apply all backtrace' command didn't seem to do anything, but I've probably entered it wrong or such (i'm newish to linux). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks mate. |

Install the Qt and kdelibs development packages, that should give some more information.
