I have a problem with Ktorrent. When i download something that has multiple files inside i usually download them one by one by checking/uncheking them in the window below. But a few months ago after an update there seems to be some error. When I download for exemple the 1st part it automaticly turns to "seeding" or "queued for seeding" but when i check the 2nd part to be downloaded it's still "queued for seeding". The only solution is removing torrent file and opening it again choosing only second part to be downloaded.

Have you ever taken a look at the download order plugin ?
