Using KDE Development Platform 4.5.3 (KDE 4.5.3)

I checked two torrents when I configured shutdown.
I assumed the computer would shutdown when BOTH torrents finished downloading.
It shutdown when ONE torrent finished.
Has anyone else seen this?

This is the current behavior, if one of the selected rules matches, shutdown will be executed.
