hello everyone

i have an issue with trying to download any torrent file
when i open a torrent file it will open it and load everything like normal with no errors
but it wont start downloading at all

the system its running on is
cpu : 8x Xeon 3.0
memory : 25Gb
hdd : 2x 32.7gb scsi in raid 0
os : centos 5
