Hi
I have recently installed KTorrent (using gentoo "emerge ktorrent"). And i am just wondering if it is possible to control it from the command line. In particular i would like to change speed limits and toggle scheduler on/off.
I have read on google about kshell but cant seem to figure out where to get that. I have KTorrent 4.0.5

Thanks

You can use qdbus:

qdbus org.ktorrent.ktorrent /settings org.ktorrent.settings.setMaxUploadRate 20
qdbus org.ktorrent.ktorrent /settings org.ktorrent.settings.apply

The bandwidth scheduler however, has no dbus interface

You can browse the interface graphically with qdbusviewer
