Encoding filenames problem

I have problem with downloading some torrent with russian file names.
Please see attach screen.

program version 4.1 rc1, but on previous version the same problem.

Thanks for the help.
I just did not notice this dropdown. Set encoding dropdown is resolve my problem.
It would be nice to the set encoding automatically :)
