So 4.1 has gone through UI improvement.. but how can I access the search/downloads sidebar for quick switching between the two. Currently the only way to do it seems to be through View menu.

Which one? I have these toolbars: Main, Download, Shutdown, Torrents. I don't find any search or similar buttons on any of these toolbars (and neither them being available).

The activities are listed in the beginning of the Main toolbar. It is absolutely crucial though that the activies_list ActionList is part of the toolbar:



If it isn't, I suggest resetting the toolbars by pressing the Default button.

I had to reset my toolbars indeed. And after that I didn't have activities' buttons, but restarting KTorrent made them visible. So thanks

There are many bugs with toolbars in 4.1, I think.
- Activities toolbar sometimes disappears (when changing any toolbar).
- It's impossible to use Bandwidth Scheduler toolbar in sidebar mode because of Scheduler Active checkbox: http://imgby.com/xsnapuwu.png
- When using 2 rows of toolbars ( http://imgby.com/xsnapsus.png ) they jumps to 1 row after ktorrent restart.
- If place Activites as a sidebar, it jumps up/down when pressing buttons of activities (up when activity doesn't have own subtoolbar, down when has): http://imgby.com/1pkp.png

I hope, next release will not have this bugs...
