small bug in UI

Hello, when you right click a torrent and select settings, a 4-line area opens up where you can enable/disable
DHT, peer exchange, etc,etc for the partitcular torrent.

If you click settings again for the same torrent, a new 4 line area opens up, now there are two for the same torrent
