The instructions for building libktorrent and ktorrent don't quite work for Slackware 13.37. I suspect this is a path issue.

The step that does not work is the last one: sudo make install

This results in an error saying file not found at 75%: "/usr/lib64/qt/include/QtCore/qtimer.h:47:58: fatal error: QtCore/qbasictimer.h: No such file or directory". Checking for this file, however, verifies it exists.

To resolve this, I su root, then try simply running make install. This performs the installation.

I would provide the exact error message, to make google searches for this error easier to find the solution, but once I install as root, sudo make install works as the regular user.
