weird iso <-> utf problem

hi pro,

i got some weird problem with the latest ktorrent (Version 4.1.1). for some trackers it works just fine, but on some others i have the following problem:

too me it seems as if ktorrent is not able to tranlate the iso-8859-1 chars to utf8. tried the thing on 2 systems (both ubuntu 11.04 actual state) wit hthe same result. (KDE-Platform Version 4.7.00=

any help would be highly appreciated
