This is a real PITA, I have all of my files 100% downloaded and everything works alright if I was to access them from my hard drive using Ubuntu 11.10.
However, when I right-click on Open Directory>Data Directory, it tells me which file to open it with. It would be nice if I could simply open the contents of just the file folder itself and have no problems opening the file from there. For example, let's say I have a simple PDF, I wan tto simply open it from the folder that it is in, then open it like I usually do with a file ![]() If someone could help me, it would be much appreciated, thanks in advance. |

You should configure your file assocations properly. You can do that in KDE's systemsettings.
You can also open files directly in the files tab (right click on the file -> open), but this also depends on KDE's file assocations. |
