How to automatically stop/limit KTorrent when some other programs uses network connection ?
I use KTorrent to share some files. Output speed ~10kbit/s. And > 20 connections for all. When I try to download something with Wget from site which provide good speed ~11,7MByte/s (limit for my PC and router) I get [KTorrent]+[wget] = [No other web sites works]. Seems problem with cheap router. But my solution is simple - I manually stop (or limit connections for) KTorrent - and it works. But doing it's manually is annoying.

Try limiting the number of simultaneous connection setups in the network settings.
