Ktorrent 4.2 unresponsive

Wed Apr 18, 2012 5:13 pm
After upgrading to Ktorrent 4.2 on fedora 16 (KDE 4.8.2) I noticed that the ktorrent window becomes unresponsive in some time after the first run. Closing does not work, getting the "kill application" dialogue. Reload of the X server helps, then the problem repeats.

Upd: It could have happened after an upgrade to KDE 4.8.2, since downgrade to the previous version of ktorrent does not solve the issue. Current version is 4.2.0-3.fc16.

This is what I see in the console:

QDBusConnection: session D-Bus connection created before QCoreApplication. Application may misbehave.
KGlobal::locale::Warning your global KLocale is being recreated with a valid main component instead of a fake component, this usually means you tried to call i18n related functions before your main component was created. You should not do that since it most likely will not work

Thanks George, this does look like the same problem. As I see, no workaround at the moment?
