Since I installed Mandriva 2011.0 and KTorrent a month ago, KT seeds only when I download something, but it never seeds alone. What's the problem??? A whole month I read instructions and experiment with different settings, but nothing helps. I'm not an expert I'm just a user and regretfully I don't find KT neither user-friendly, nor easy to set or to deal with. Can someone explain me in simple human words how could I make KT just seed when it doesn't download anything?
