I would like to know why the InfoWidget doesn't appear anywhere in kTorrent 4.2.1?
My system is Calculate Linux KDE (Gentoo based)
Already installed geoip, but everything stays the same.

Load the plugin, and it will appear.

Nope there is no way of loading it; it simply doesn't exist Claculate Linux support never gave me an answer...

I don't know understand how Calculate (nor Gentoo) does packaging but if I look at their site I see that their ebuild script enables the infowidget flag. How/where did you get the ktorrent package that you installed?

Yes the ebuild sould enable the widget, but it don't... the ebuild is from Gentoo and it's happening in kTorrent 4.2.0, 4.2.1 and 4.3.0. From Gentoo and CL forums nobody answered me, nobody seems to know about that (strange). With every other kde distro tha I've used (Arch, Suse, Kubuntu, Mint, Slackware, etc.) Ktorrent works very fine! Well I guess I'm going to change distro, InfoWidget is important to me...
