Is there a method of deleting all setting and tracker info in KTorrent without doing a purge removal of the software?

I tried renaming ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent so the software would need to initiate a new directory but this has not resolved my dilemma outlined below.

Things were going great until recently. Now, despite having about 15 torrents available for upload to other users, I am not seeing any upload traffic. I think this is causing an issue for trackers are seeing my ip as a leech and not allowing anything faster than 3 k/s on downloads.

Any other suggestions to pinpoint the reason for the decrease are welcome.

Thanks! This seems to have done the trick, combined with deleting ~/.kde/share/apps/ktorrent/ and creating a new one
