Can you please provide a link to that RSS feed so it's validity can be verified?

This is a bug in KTorrent, as it is attempting to fully complete the URL using the RSS feed home page.
It probably stems from the fact that magnet URL's do not act or appear as normal URL's do - so KTorrent likely believes that it is not a full, complete and usable URL (even though it is).

The only way to have this fixed is by reporting a bug at bugs.kde.org and waiting for the developers to investigate further and correct the issue.
I can confirm that the RSS feed is valid.
