Ktorrent does not respond to global keyboard shortcuts

Recently upgraded to Fedora26.
In Fedora25, Ktorrent global shortcuts (Alt-Shift-P and Alt-Shift-T) worked perfectly. After the upgrade, none of the shortcuts work. How do I set this right?

Manjaro KDE. Kernel 4.19.244-1-MANJARO. 64-bit. Plasma 5.24.5. KDE Frameworks 5.94.0. Qt 5.15.4. 8GB RAM and more than 100GB free on the hard disk. |

I have a similar problem. In KTorrent 5.1.0 (running under Kubuntu 17.10, KDE framework version 5.38.0) I cannot SET global shortcuts at all.
On my other machine, running Kubuntu 14.04 and whichever KTorrent version is the newest on that OS, global shortcuts work perfectly fine (e.g. Ctrl+Shift+T to open KTorrent main window). |
