I couldn't found any Compilation instructions for KTorrent - KDE5.
The only available ones are at Wikipedia, for the previous version (4).

EDIT:

After digging at github page, seems like the compilation at KDE5 tends to fail and there's no solution at the time.
That's why a lot of distros. still shipping the old release (KDE4 compiled).
