Ktorrent opens at startup, looks for a file that doesn't exist
There are no torrents pending, all lists empty
the error box reads
the file or folder http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geo ... oIP.dat.gz does not exist

as much as i love plasma and the various kde apps ktorrent gets removed and replaced with deluge.
