[SOLVED] Seeds are always on hold.

Today I noticed that Ktorrent is not making seeds, all seeds are on hold and the number of users connected to it shows 0.
I changed the firewall port, but it doesn't seem to work.

OS Type: 64-bit

The problem has been solved, I found that an option on the far right side of the client called "pause seeds" was turned on, causing the entire seed queue to appear like it was locked.
