We have now published a roadmap for the 2.6 version:

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

It's still a shame that the database-like structure cannot be implemented just yet (it's actually a much-required feature in any Authoring-toolkit), but the complexity is understandable in the limitted timeframe. In either case, it's great to see this progress. Full steam ahead! |
