Hi

this is probably obvious: I closed the navigation pane in Kompare and now I can`t find how to restore it.

There doesn`t appear to be anything in the menus to help nor could I find anything that looked like it under ~/.kde.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it`d be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Just right-click on the menu bar and you should be able to activate it again.

PS, if that doesn't work for some reason:
The state of the panes is stored in ~/.kde/share/config/komparerc.
Remove the "State=" line in the "[General Options]" section with a text editor to reset it to defaults, or just remove the whole file.

Depending on your distribution, this might also be located in ~/.kde4/ instead.

wolfi323 -- thanks very much: the right-clicking was all it took.
