Not really, i want a tool to develop my own KDM

Customize, develop, what next? If you want a proper answer you need to state what exactly you are after. We cannot guess what you're after. Have you checked kdmrc?

Sorry, dude. I'm moving away from Windows world so i still keep old habits.
To be precise, i'm looking for a tool to generate kdm theme with background pic, what logins to add and where to add it on screen (with the philosophy of a GUI tool).
Am I clearer?
