I'd been developing an icon theme recently and I found out it's really difficult to replace a single icon. What automated tools do you guys use to solve the problem, and where can I find description for icons? I mean I'm pretty sure what "actions/32/system-shutdown.png" icon for, but I'd like to know in which part of UI it's been used.
