I'm using kdesv 1.6.0 and I realized that when I update a file & a conflict exists, a right click on the conflicted file will correctly bring KDiff3 up but the files paths are wrong. Here's an example (all files (A,B &C) paths have the same mistake in the path field:
file:///home/ron/src/my/example/path/home/ron/src/my/example/path/file.c.r20345 where the underlined part of the URL is wrong/present twice. Why is this and how can I fix it?

I ran into this issue as well ((K)Ubuntu 14.04, KDE 4.14, Kdesvn 1.6).
I didn't dig in to find out what was going on. Instead I uninstalled the version from the ubuntu repo and built it from Git (as of Feb 2016) and it works as expected now.
