Kate, Haskell: poor syntax highlighting

Hi,

Haskell syntax highlighting is very poor. The files responsible:
/usr/share/apps/katepart/syntax/haskell.xml
/usr/share/apps/katepart/syntax/literate-haskell.xml

Probable source: Kate Haskell Syntax. Last commit 5 years ago. Do I have to open a bug report? if so, where?

bugs.kde.org is the standard place for filing bugs on any of the standard kde projects.
If you know what changes to make you could try making a pull request to the Kate repository on Phabricator: https://phabricator.kde.org/source/kate/ or github https://github.com/KDE/kate
